Welcome to the Heart of the Sanctuary

    People often ask where the words for Witchery Healing come from. They don't come from a sterile office or a crowded coffee shop. They come from a place, in a small, sacred corner of my home in Utah.

Creating this blog isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s my full-time calling. It’s the work of turning years of "survival mode" into a lifetime of "thriving mode."

The Ritual of Creation

    Before I ever touch the keyboard, I have a ritual. I believe that to write about peace, you have to invite it into the room first.

*The Light: I always light a single candle. It’s my signal to my brain that the "noise" of the world is turned down, and the voice of my soul is turned up.

*The Alchemy: There is always either a jar of chilled coffee, or a nice cold electrolyte drink nearby so I don't easily "crash" from my POTS symptoms. There’s something about that first sip of either drink that grounds me right into the present moment.

Why "Behind the Scenes" Matters

    I share this glimpse with you because I want you to know that healing isn't a destination....It’s a practice. It’s found in the way we set up our workstation (sometimes I like to write from the comfort of my couch, or sitting against pillows in my cozy bed), the music we choose to play, and the intention we set for our day.

This is my "office," but more importantly, it is my sanctuary. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
